Terms & Conditions
- Check-In time is 4 – 8 pm. If you plan to arrive later please call +64 21 075 84 52.
- On the day of your departure the room will remain available until 10.00 am unless previously arranged.
- Smoking is not permitted in the house.
- Parking direct on site.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to alter or amend your plans, please contact us as soon as possible. We might be able to accommodate your request. Please note that as a small B & B Kiwiss is reliant upon advance bookings.
- Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice = 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice = 100% cancellation fee
- No cancellations are accepted upon or after the day of arrival; in which case you will be charged for the total of your reserved stay under all circumstances
